There is a legend that says that an old couple in Japan would put rice in a swallow’s nest everyday, and in return, the swallow would bring them fish. The swallow would place the fish in it’s nest for the old couple, and sometimes, the rice would stick to the fish, and that is where Sushi was born! The symbiosis of the family and the bird makes for a beautiful story such as the rice and fish of some delicious make for a delicious meal.
